Proton-Electrotex Starting IGBTs Production

Proton-Electrotex JSC is constantly developing its production in accordance with the growing demand of electrical products market.
High quality IGBT modules is the top demand nowadays. This is the reason why Proton-Electrotex product line is expanding with the first IGBT modules series this year.
This is conceptually new direction for the company production and Proton-Electrotex team approached it with separate liability.

At present moment there is a pilot-line production of the first IGBTs series being launched with 62mm and 34mm baseplate width. Qualification tests are in progress.
Series production of the devices is set for the third quarter 2015.
